3. Where are the User Agreements for DNLDRM so I can print them again?
Please click here to view the DNLDRM agreements again.
4. How do I delete a eBook from DNLDRM control panel?
It is not possible to delete an ebook from the DNLDRM control panel. One of the reasons for this is that the eBook has been registered with the payment gateway. In future update we plan to have a feature for you to move an eBook to a delete/inactive category so you can see that it is not being currently used.
5. My eBook has been approved for eCommerce(shopping cart) before. Why is my eBook only enabled for key activation again? I have made changes to an eBook and I have updated it by using the "existing ebook" settings when you re-package using DNLDRM.
Every time that you start package DNLDRM with an existing ebook setting, ALL your current eBooks using these settings will be automatically switched to key activation mode until it is approved again for eCommerce. This means that if you have any eBooks using these same settings on the web, they be switched to key activation only, until approved. So it is important that you always allow the program to re-upload the final eBook for approval. If you do not do so, then we cannot approve your eBook.
IMPORTANT TIP: If you just want to test the DNL eBook, use the normal package DNL. Do not package DNLDRM until you are happy to create the final eBook to sell.
